Friends its me Ethlatic Sam a simple guy with tough mind and my motto is Knowledge Is Free today i am going to tell you about How Can We Make Our Lifestyle Healthy & happy? Friends we all know that our world is now becoming modern and modern and also the new generation which is coming have broad minded and they want new lifestyles and they have new ideas and also they think different than theirs older's views about lifestyles they think that they have to change their lifestyles and make new ones and they are proposing their ideas about lifestyles.Our older's taught us that never lie in your life the lie is the main factor of your lifestyles if you lie every one then your lifestyles can be destroyed so that's why we have to stay away from lie and liar and also act upon the advises of our older's because their ideas and their views about lifestyles is much better than our ideas they lived healthy by exercise they exercise regularly they do forming and they worship regularly. Our older always said that if you worship then you will be happy and healthy. They said do exercise daily. now i want to tell you about every thing about factors of lifestyle.
Factors Of Lifestyle:-
                There are many factors of lifestyles some of them are:
  1. Well Dress.
  2. Well Behavior.
  3. Always Speak Truth .
  4. Don't Try to harm others.
  5. always help the others.
  6. don't make anyone fool.
  7. don't try to blame anyone without any reason.
  8. Always be happy also the factor of lifestyles.
  9. Take healthy fruits and vegetables.
  10. exercise is also the factor of lifestyles.
  11. don't lie with other is also the factor of lifestyle.
  12. Make every one happy.
  13. always live in Generous mood.


 These are some of the factors of lifestyle. if we'll act upon these factor then we can make our community happy and also our lifestyles happy.

   There are may ways to keep healthy lifestyles and the most important is exercise. when we do exercise our body parts in motion and we change our self from rest to motion by exercise.

Get up early in the morning and offer the Fajar prayer and then ready for exercise and science said that running or walking 30 To 60 minutes because after these minutes your body parts will be in fixed position and your all restiveness will loose and you will be active during running. after running or walking take rest for 30 minutes under fan for dry your wet and then bath after bath take breakfast and listen take light breakfast like Russian salad because it is very benefit for you health .

This is the chart for healthy life  in this they said drink water as you can because drinks clean you stomach and make you healthy and also eat salad as you can eat.

Salad help us to remove dark spot of our body specially face part where many people feel dark spots and they wanna to remove their dark spots salad is very benefit for them and i also prefer salad in every time when we eat meal/meat etc.Friends these are the most important factors of lifestyle which makes our lifestyle happy and healthy. Friends there many other factors of lifestyle which makes us healthy one of them and the most important is Milk.

Milk is the most important factor of lifestyle which makes you healthy and happy always drink milk early in the morning and also drink milk when you are going to bed . In milk vitamins are present which makes you healthy and milk makes your body bones hard and gives you strength and also give milk to your children s and make them healthy :)
